Returns:

• Goods will only be accepted back if the goods supplied were not as originally ordered or that the goods supplied were faulty.
• Goods will not be accepted for credit without return authorisation and will be sent back to you freight collect.
• Goods approved for return must be returned in original packaging, original condition and be resellable.
• Goods will not be accepted for credit if a request for credit is not lodged within 5 days or receipt of goods.
• If goods were wrongly ordered or no longer required, a minimum re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of goods may be charged for processing returns/credit.
